What is the meaning of the symbol below my nickname in the rank?

If its a blue horizontal arrow without any number next to it, it means your position is still the same since 24 hours.
If it is a red arrow getting down next to a negative number, it means your position declined since the last update (the number shows the decrease).
If its a green arrow going up next to a positive number, it means your position increased since the last 24 hours (once again, the number shows the number your progression).
